Sarah er en suksessfull dart-influencer og har vært en del av BULL'S-laget siden 2019. Hun fikk sin første erfaring med å spille i NWDV (North Rhine-Westphalian Dart Association) og i DDV-rankingturneringer. Hun var en av to tyske startende spillere i den første utgaven av PDC Women's Series og kom seg til semifinalen to ganger.
